Sylvia JoanBOVEYJane and family thank everybody from the bottom of their hearts for all the amazing cards, letters, phone calls and beautiful flowers on the loss of Sylvia, also all those who attended the Funeral Service and the generous donations to Stowey Church. A massive thanks must go to Chew Medical Practice, the District Nurses, dear Tina, Mel, Helen, Sandra, Care Navigation and the Community Team for their unfailing love and care. Sylvia loved them all.
